Where are you located?

We're based in the Old School House, Towyn Road, Towyn, LL22 9ER. We're the first left door as you walk into the building.

Do you cater for allergies?

Due to the nature of our kitchen setup, we are unable to guarantee the absence of specific allergens in our food. While we take food safety seriously, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and cross-contamination may occur. We kindly advise guests with severe allergies to take this into consideration.

Do you have parking?

We don't have any on-site parking, however there is a pay and display car park to the rear (Sandbank Road) and plenty of street parking nearby.

Do you have accessible toilets?

Yes, we do have an accessible toilet.

Do I have to book?

No, no booking necessary, simply turn up!

How do I book a party?

Please leave us an enquiry using our party enquiry form on our parties page. We'll then be in touch to discuss.

What ages do you cater for?

We have a baby play area for under 18 months, and a soft play area for children under 8 years old.

How many children can I invite to a party?

We have a maximum capacity of 15 children for our parties.

Can I drop my child off and leave?

You are responsible for supervising your child and ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. Should you wish to leave the premises, we kindly ask that you take all of your children and belongings with you.

Can I bring my own food?

No, all food and drink consumed on the premise must be purchased from Jolly Jungle. The only exception is baby food, you're welcome to bring in your own food to feed your baby.

Do you have highchairs and baby change facilities?

Yes, we have a number of highchairs, and there's baby change facilities in our accessible toilet.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have a ramp and handrails leading up to our door. Our play cafe is all on one floor, at ground level.

Can I take photographs?

You’re very welcome to take photos of your own children during your visit. We kindly ask, however, that you refrain from photographing other children to respect their privacy.

Can I bring a pram or buggy?

Yes, we have a pram park. When you come in through the main glass door, you'll see it straight in front of you to the left.

Do you accept card payment?

Yes, we accept cash and card.
