Rules of Play

• Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed whilst in our play cafe.

• Parents/Guardians must remain responsible for their children at all times.

• Children who are unwell must not use the facilities.

• Only 16 years and over may supervise younger children in the play equipment.

• Anyone using the play equipment must remove their shoes and keep socks on at all times.

• No food, drinks or toys may be taken in the soft play area.

• No sharp items, e.g. buckles, may be worn when in the play area.

• Only babies up to 18 months may use the baby play area.

• Children must be under the age of 8 years to use the soft play area.

• Children must not climb up slides.

• Rude or violent behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the premises.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building, including the use of electronic cigarettes.

• Jolly Jungle reserves the right to refuse entry.

Fire Safety

• In the event of a fire, the fire alarm will sound. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to escort their child/children from the building. Our fire assembly point is:
